Helpful resolutions as a new dawn rises in Monte-Carlo
After long months spent in lockdown and self-isolation, this splendid Autumn is the real New Year in Monte-Carlo. People feel energetic, and able to meet new challenges. Back to the office and to school, to start again without jumping forward we need to preserve tranquility, inspiration, and openness. Routines help feel comfortable, so I suppose that planning is a good rule to follow. Daily planners can be both offline and online, letting us schedule our day in a convenient way.
To uphold the trauma, I decided to try a two-week experiment. I will have no special plans during the first week, letting things slide. The next week, I will plan my daily routine in advance, prioritize and set deadlines. My goal is to harmonize the times and rhythms in a fluid way. I will restart the routine from small tasks and minute operations. This method will give the mind the opportunity to get used to the new state of affairs, setting reasonable priorities, with few meetings and lots of mental space / time for me. This for the soul and as for my body even more.
Well, I must say that no place in the world is better than Monaco. Here, SBM Société des Bains de Mer Monte-Carlo is offering a unique Art de Vivre, and a tremendous range of possibilities, from the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo with the indoor pool, solarium, changing rooms, bar, shop, fitness centre , sea access and Le Tigre Monte-Carlo spa, to the Monte-Carlo Beach Club, with its the Spa Cinq Mondes, the Olympic swimming pool, the beach and spa facilities… from now to the real New Year! And as the new dawn that rises on Monte-Carlo featured in the cover invites us to a new start, I am happy to greet you all with my best wishes!
